We take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry designed to last. We offer a year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of your purchase.

What's Covered:

• Defects in materials used in the creation of your room piece.
• Issues resulting from the craftsmanship of the jewelry.

What's Not Covered:

• Loss of your jewelry.
• Normal wear and tear, including:
  • Scratches
  • Tarnishing or fading of metals, stones and perls
• Damage caused by improper care, such as:
  • Exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force
• Modifications made by a third party outside of room.
• Items repaired by a third-party service (this voids the room warranty).
• Some promotional items may be excluded (check the promotion details).

Important Notes:

• You may be required to return your room piece for assessment.
• If your claim is approved, we'll replace your item if it's in stock.
• If your item is unavailable, you'll receive store credit for the original purchase price.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items, sizes, or materials.
