Exchange policy

We offer 30-day exchanges for all online purchases.

How to exchange your online purchase:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at roomforyoushop@gmail.com. Provide your order number.
Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and a store credit to select a new product.
Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive it at our warehouse.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you. For Canada and the United States it is free.

How to exchange your gift:

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 1st, 2024, and December 31st, 2024 ("Extended Return Period") are eligible for return until January 31st, 2025, subject to our terms and conditions.
Orders placed outside of the Extended Return Period will follow room's standard 30-day return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
All original packaging, must be intact for returns made by mail.
Products sold as part of a set must be returned in full; individual components of a set are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
